Return Policy

PRODUCTION NOTES:

Once the order is received, we will design the word art with the name you provide. Please double check the spelling before you place your order. We are not liable for spelling mistakes made at time of ordering.
You will be notified when product goes to production.
You will receive tracking information once the product has shipped.

TERMS:

Each product is individually designed and produced when ordered. You acknowledge this and understand that there is no return process due to any errors you may make when ordering the product.
For any manufacturing defects or items damaged in shipping, send an email to returns@blessdnameart.com explaining the situation. Include your order number and photos of the defect/damage. We will make a determination and refund if we find fault with our design, the manufacturing, or the shipping. It may take up to 72 hours for a decision and refund (if approved).
You understand the personalization and production-on-demand process results in lengthy order-to-delivery times, and you warrant that you are budgeting for that time wisely. In the case of a delay amounting to more than twice as long as the shipping window (varies with product - see product listing), we may issue a refund at our discretion.
