Packaging

Our packaging policy takes into account the nature of personalized product production.

Our manufacturers choose their packaging based on the type of product and their experience with shipping it. We work with top manufacturers in their respective segments and trust their judgment when it comes to how their product is to be packaged.

If you have experienced damage due to how the product was packaged, please follow the instructions in our Return Policy. If the product was not damaged, but you wish to notify us of a packaging issue, please contact us at packaging@blessdnameart.com. We do not issue refunds in these circumstances, but we do want to know in order to provide feedback to the manufacturer.

Inserts and Gift Messages

Some of our manufacturers offer gift messages, and we pass the option along when it is available. In these cases, we also include the following gospel message:
